Bought a keyboard, changed my mind, got a refund in 4 days, nice service

"Unimpressive customer service, great product otherwise"
My first order went without any issues. My second one did not.
The package got lost by the courier company. After reaching out to support they asked me to give extra few weeks. Following the wait period, I had to reach several times until the replacement was eventually resent. The answers I got were very prompt and professional, just not followed by an action.
The first keyboard I got has really nice quality, looking forward to receiving the second unit
